SUMMARY:7th Annual Wilderness Wellness Run
DESCRIPTION:Get your walking and running shoes out because the UNMC Kearney Physical Therapy Class of 2025 will be hosting the 7th annual Wilderness Wellness Run on October 7th! The race will begin at 9:00 am at Cottonmill Park in Kearney\, NE\, with registration starting at 8:00 am. We will also be holding a virtual run/walk from September 23rd to October 7th for those who cannot make it out. Participants can choose either the 1 mile or 5k and are welcome to run or walk the course. People of all ages are welcome to come and join in the fun. The goal of this event is to promote healthy living while giving community members a chance to learn more about UNMC's presence in the community and surrounding areas! We hope you all can join us and have some fun along the way. Thanks\, and we'll see you soon!
