DESCRIPTION:Pouncing on Plaster Pouncing on plaster is a centuries-old method of transferring a drawing to a plaster surface\, ready for painting. In this class\, learn how to make a plaster slab\, approximately 12 x 9 x 1.5 inches. A second pre-made dry plaster slab will be provided for experimenting with the pouncing technique\, and for painting your selected subject-matter with luminous liquid watercolors. For your subject\, please bring images/photographs\, e.g.\, a self-portrait\, pictures of pets\, designs\, etc. Make sure your image fits well within the 12 x 9 inch format.
