Dr. Brett then completed a residency at the Oklahoma University (OU) Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City\, Oklahoma.  Following his residency at the OU Children's Hospital\, Dr. Brett then completed an additional two years of specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).  Dr. Brett's postdoctoral training focused on the growth and development of infants\, children\, teens and patients with special health care needs.  He is a member of the Nebraska Dental Association the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association.
