DESCRIPTION:YOGA AT MONA with Marsha Yeagley\, RYT 200\, RYT 500\, YACEP Yoga Alliance Combine the unique energy of the visual arts with a physical and spiritual experience. For this progressive yoga\, no previous experience is required and all levels are welcome. Participants must be able to move from standing to floor poses without difficulty. Practice basic yoga asana\, pranayama\, meditation\, and relaxation. Marsha is also certified in Yoga for heart disease\, meditation\, and trained for strengthening bones through Yoga. Please provide your own yoga mat and props. Wednesdays: March 27\, April 3\, 10\, 17\, 24\, May 1 (6 weeks) Time: 10:15-11:00 a.m. Age: 18+ Cost: $50 for six sessions (MONA members)\, $60 (non-members) $10 drop-in rate for a single session Register by: Tuesday March 26\; payment is due with registration.
