Brand With Impact: Christine Weeks CEO/Founder of Eleanor
Christine Weeks is the founder and CEO of Eleanor, a brand experience agency rooted in the
heart of the Midwest. Since launching the company in 2008, Christine has grown Eleanor into
an award-winning agency known for building brands that do good, create meaningful
connections, and leave a lasting impact.
Under Christine’s leadership, Eleanor has guided branding and marketing efforts for clients
including Dorothy Lynch, Bluestem Health, Nebraska Public Media, John Henry’s, and Copple
Insurance, among many others. The agency has also led transformative rebrands for TMCO,
Hausmann Construction, Ivanna Cone, Nebraska Urology, Hub Café, and more. Beyond
Eleanor, Christine is the owner of Lincoln Kids and 55+ Magazine, extending her passion for
storytelling and community connection to audiences of all ages.
At the heart of Christine’s leadership is Creative Compassion—a philosophy that shapes both
Eleanor’s culture and the way the agency partners with its clients. She believes great work
starts with caring for people. From progressive parental leave policies to roles designed around
the realities of working parents, Christine has built a people-first workplace where employees
can do meaningful work while being fully human. The result is a remarkably low-turnover team
and long-standing client relationships grounded in trust, empathy, and results.
Christine believes businesses are at their best when people are cared for, stories are honored,
and creativity is fueled by compassion. For more than 18 years, she has built Eleanor around
that belief—creating a place where great brands and great people can grow together.
Outside the boardroom, Christine is a mother of five, relentless reader, caregiver to her brother,
cyclist, world traveler, and lifelong storyteller.
