There will also be Diabetes Educators, Dieticians, Pharmacists, Community Health Workers, and more available to answer questions! —Free Screenings—A1c, Blood Glucose, Comprehensive foot exam, depression, BMI, Waist Circumference, Blood Pressure, Creatinine, GFR, Shoe Exam, Dental check, Personal trainer assessments, and more! —Chef Dana Herbert, winner of TLC's TV show Cake Boss, will be demonstrating diabetes-friendly recipes! —Over 30 exhibitors attended last year and more anticipated this year! Exhibitors range from: HelpCare Clinic, Living Well Chronic Disease Self-Management Program, McMeen Physical Therapy, HyVee, AND MORE!! They will be available to provide helpful, educational information on living with prediabetes and diabetes.
