Employee Benefits Changes made by the OBBBA + Strategies for Deferred Compensation Agreements

The One Big Beautiful Bill Act (“OBBBA”), which was passed by Congress and signed by President Trump in July, makes numerous changes to tax laws. This presentation will discuss those changes which impact employers sponsoring employee benefit plans.
