Vaquero: Genesis of the Texas Cowboy traveling exhibit
Vaquero: The Genesis of the Texas Cowboy is a traveling exhibit from Humanities Texas that will be on display at the Trails & Rails Museum from May 1 through June 15th. This exhibit if free to all, though donations are welcome, and is paired with a complementary display on Buffalo County rodeo and horse riding history. On May 1, the opening of the exhibit will be available to current BCHS Engineers from 4-4:30, current members from 4:30 to 5 as a special preview, and the general public from 5-6pm. The exhibit then is available during regular business hours.
