We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to help manage the financial records of our nonprofit organization. This role is ideal for someone experienced with QuickBooks who enjoys supporting mission-driven work.
 

Responsibilities

  • ?Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks

        • Record and categorize income and expenses

        • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

        • Manage accounts payable and receivable

        • Track restricted funds, grants, and program expenses

        • Process payroll and maintain payroll records

  • Ensure payroll taxes and related filing are completed

        • Assist with year-end reporting and audit preparation
