What is the role of a Universal Banker?
The key objectives of this position are to provide a full range of banking services to our customers and create and maintain an amazing customer experience.
What will you do as a Universal Banker?
The role of Universal Banker requires the excellent execution of customer service duties through knowledge and support of the Bank’s day-to-day operations. You will improve the lives of customers by matching their needs with our full range of banking products and services, as you open new accounts, complete teller transactions, assist with loans, and assist relationship managers with customer calls.
What is the schedule for a Universal Banker?
This is a full-time position, and the working hours are generally 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The position also is part of a Saturday rotation, and will include working a Saturday schedule approximately once every six to eight weeks
What education/experience is preferred for a Universal Banker?
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field
- Three to four years of related experience
