Residential Exteriors Crew - Carpenter or Laborer

Spracklen Built, a trusted local contractor serving Central Nebraska for over 14 years, is growing and looking for a reliable Carpenter or Laborer to join our residential exteriors crew. We specialize in high-quality exterior finish work, helping homeowners enhance and protect their properties with professional installations. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with or lead installation of siding, soffit, fascia, and seamless gutters
• Build and install decks and outdoor structures
• Perform window and door replacements
• Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately
• Ensure jobsites are clean, safe, and organized
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to customer satisfaction

• Experience in carpentry, siding installation, or general construction preferred (we're willing to train motivated individuals with basic skills)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and use power tools safely
