Zone PM Associate - HVAC/Ref - Multiple Positions

  • Work with all types of refrigerants, gases, welding equipment, tools and test equipment
  • Install and maintain all types of air conditioning, refrigeration and temperature controls
  • Perform electrical and plumbing work related to refrigeration and temperature control equipment
  • Make all necessary tests and calibration for installation, maintenance and repair of equipment
  • Must be able to work in varying temperature extremes
  • Maintain operation and control of air handling systems
  • Maintain inventory and documentation of Refrigerants
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Will be on a rotating backup shift schedule to cover vacationing staff on the 24 hour crew
  • In the event of a campus incident, you may be required to report to work, even during periods when the campus is closed, due to the nature of the position.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
 
Required Qualifications:
High School education/GED or a combination of experience and education
Two years’ experience in refrigeration and air conditioning service
E.P.A certified (Type I and II)
Read, interpret and follow blueprints and shop drawings
Valid motor vehicle operator’s license
