Event and Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a full-time Event & Marketing Coordinator to work with the Executive Director to plan and execute marketing strategies, events, educational programs, and group/motorcoach tours. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with The Archway staff. Evening and weekend availability is required for events.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, set up, supervise, and clean up events
- Manage motorcoach, school tours, and event room bookings
- Assist with motorcoach tours, school tours, and educational programs
- Create marketing content (social media, blog posts, newsletters, promotions)
- Oversee print and digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and update websites
- Collaborate with other departments and assist with administrative tasks
