Snell Services, Inc. also provides Commercial Contracting: including electrical, mechanical, sheet metal fabrication and installation, HVAC, Plumbing and Medical Gas Piping across Nebraska and in surrounding areas. In addition, our professional technicians are also trained in specialized areas of data cabling, fiber optic technology, radiant heating and installing and servicing of infrared heaters.
 
Overarching Purpose
The overarching purpose of this internship is for the student to learn and actively participate in the development and initial market establishment of our newly formed service department in Kearney. The student will be a vital part of the team responsible for driving initial customer acquisition and brand visibility.
 
Key Learning Objectives
The internship is designed to provide practical application of academic concepts through the achievement of the following objectives:

• New Business Acquisition: Actively assist in developing and executing strategies focused on gaining new business leads and converting initial service contracts.
• Community Establishment: Implement tactics to establish the company in the community and surrounding areas as the preferred option for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services. This involves market research, competitive analysis, and local outreach efforts.
