Schedule: Day shift 9 am - 5 pm, Weekend shifts: Saturday 9 am - 5 pm, Sunday 12:30 pm - 5 pm. Flexible days off plus most holidays off.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and deliver tailored product recommendations.
- Drive sales by providing an exceptional customer experience and resolving inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Learn and take part in daily, weekly and monthly management tasks including store openings and closings.
- Lead by example embodying our company’s mission and values.
- Develop your leadership abilities by taking on coaching and team-building responsibilities.
Qualifications for Success:
- Strong sales and leadership experience with a passion for connecting with people.
- Proven track record of driving performance and supporting team development.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
- Available to work weekends (no nights) with two days off and most holidays off.
- A genuine commitment to serving our customers and the community.
