CHI Health Clinic Kearney Welcomes Dr. Richardson

Kearney–CHI Health Clinic Family Medicine (Kearney) welcomes board certified family medicine physician Abby Richardson, MD back to its staff. 

Dr. Richardson provides comprehensive medical, diagnostic and preventive care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Her family-centered services encompass prenatal, labor, delivery and postpartum care. She is bilingual, speaking advanced-level Spanish. 

Dr. Richardson received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha. She acquired a Master’s of Science in Nursing to become a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) from Creighton University. She then completed her doctorate studies receiving her Medical Degree from the University of Science, Arts and Technology, and completed her residency through the UNMC Rural Family Medicine Residency in Kearney. 

As a dedicated advocate for underserved populations, Dr. Richardson has provided care in Costa Rica and El Salvador. She also established Kearney’s annual Walk for Freedom to help end human trafficking. 

Dr. Richardson joins family medicine providers Drs. Becker, Davison, Ernst, Groteluschen, Larson, Moeller and Amber Rogers, APRN. Their practice, located at 211 W. 23rd, is open Monday through Friday from 7 am until 5 pm. Walk-in priority care is available daily from 7 am until 7 pm.
