Pushing the limits of gravity and physical possibility, Netherlands-based dancer/ choreographer Erik Kaiel and LA-based movement artist Laurel Jenkins perform breathtaking duets in this program created exclusively for Nebraska audiences. Witness the brand-new duet "Weatherwein", created in residency at the Lied Center, and the powerful "No Man is an Island", which explores balance as one body climbs and shifts atop another without ever touching the ground. The performance also features "O Pions Near", collaboratively created and performed by aspiring young dancers from your community.
