Piloxing Classes
Piloxing is non-stop cardio fusion class that combines intervals of boxing, standing Pilates and dance. The intervals allow you to burn maximum calories, build lean muscles and increase stamina. Sara Giboney, a certified fitness instructor and certified Piloxing instructor, will teach this high energy class through Kearney Park and Recreation.
