Marketing and Admin Director (Part-Time)

looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing and Admin Director to join our dynamic
team.
Job Overview:
The Marketing and Admin Director will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations
and marketing efforts of Rooted Realty Group. This part-time position requires a candidate with
a strong background in real estate, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for both
administrative and creative marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-
oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
? Set up daily phone transfers and manage Boomtown Agent assignments to ensure smooth
communication.
? Order and maintain office supplies, including swag, business cards, and client gifts
(cutting boards, wine bottles, etc.).
? Coordinate and schedule office events and client appreciation activities.
? Arrange and manage all listing photography scheduling for Wendy & Ashlyne.
? Trigger Adwerx advertising for all new listings and ensure timely launch.
? Perform photo editing for Matterport images to enhance property listings.
? Handle commission deposits at the bank and run office or personal errands for Wendy as
needed.
? Set up and distribute TMPCO sold postcards and new listing postcards.
? Manage and update Rooted Realty Group social media pages with listing videos, posts,
and relevant content.
? Maintain and update the YouTube page with new listings and videos.
? Water and maintain office plants to keep the workspace welcoming.
? Monitor and update the office floor schedule, ensuring coverage and managing open
days.
Qualifications:
? Previous experience in real estate is required; an active real estate license is preferred.
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint, or Google Docs
equivalents.

? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and
prioritize effectively.
? Creative mindset with experience in social media management and basic photo editing.
? Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal
supervision.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Familiarity with Boomtown CRM and Adwerx advertising is a plus.
Hours and Compensation:
? Part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week.
? Flexible schedule; however, hours must be documented and aligned with specific job
tasks/codes.
? Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
