We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Description:
As a Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Cottonwood Veterinary Clinic, you will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. Your primary focus will be on creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients while assisting in various administrative and support tasks.

Responsibilities:
Greet clients with a friendly and welcoming attitude as they enter the clinic.
Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
Answer phone calls and address client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Assist in the check-in and check-out process for clients and their pets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our system.
Handle billing and financial transactions.
Provide clients with information on clinic services and products.
Assist in managing the flow of patients and clients in the waiting area.
Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Participate in continuous training and development to stay updated on clinic procedures and services.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and record-keeping.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes emotionally charged environment.
Compassion for animals and their owners.
Detail-oriented and organized.
