Responsibilities: 
• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms, medical history, and referrals
• Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening and observing patients
• Develop individualized treatment plan
• Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition
• Use hands-on therapy such as massage to ease patients’ pain
• Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process • Provide clear documentation for each patient visit
• Ensure quality and safe delivery of physical therapy service
• As our Ashland Company expands provide occasional services at our new clinic
