Responsibilities: 

• Provide initial evaluation and recommend an appropriate treatment plan
• Plan, organize, develop and direct Speech-Language Pathology Services under current guidelines and regulations
• Provide therapy for the recovery or improvement of patients' speech or swallowing function
• Develop and implement treatment and discharge plans based on results, modifying as necessary to meet resident/patient goals
• Provide education to patient and family regarding the therapy and maintenance of the speech or swallowing disorder
• Provide clear documentation for each patient visit
• Ensure quality and safe delivery of speech therapy service

• Active Nebraska Speech Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure
