Customer Account Specialist
BluePrint Engines is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Account Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers succeed, this role is a great fit.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain meaningful, lasting relationships with assigned customers.
- Serve as their primary point of contact and internal advocate.
- Understand customer goals and identify opportunities to support them.
- Monitor satisfaction and address concerns quickly and professionally.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure we consistently exceed expectations.
- Share client feedback to help improve our products and processes.
- Prepare regular account updates and performance reports.
- Experience in Account Management or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A self-starting attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Prepare customer reports and analyze data.
Position Details
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
Compensation: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
